Internet Computer Hosting

With 4EVERLAND, you can seamlessly deploy static websites to DFINITY's Internet Computer ('IC'). The entire deployment process, from front-end canister creation to cycle management is abstracted and automated so that you can build fast sites on IC trustless, permissionless, and open infrastructure in a couple of clicks.Furthermore, for the Internet Computer ecosystem, we provide the following tools:
  • 4EVERLAND's Internet Computer Gateway
  • Multi-chain Payment Options
  • Automatic Cycle Management
When you deploy a static site to the Internet Computer via 4EVERLAND, a front-end canister will be created, and updated automatically by 4EVERLAND with each deployment. You can use a dedicated IC gateway to connect directly to the IC, the performance is better than a public IC gateway. Everything is deployed to our CDN as a performance front, with a free SSL certificate and preview URL. Currently, we support custom DNS domains on IC projects. However, ENS/SNS and other alternatives will be added in the future.

How Does 4EVERLAND Host Sites on the Internet Computer?

Before getting started, let us break down the flow of what is happening when you upload a site to the Internet Computer through 4EVERLAND.When you first build a website on the Internet Computer (IC) through 4EVERLAND (during the website's first deployment), 4EVERLAND will create a new canister on the Internet Computer for you, with the website's content/code/files. This is done via the DFINITY SDK (view documentation), as 4EVERLAND interacts directly with the networks' native APIs.
Once your canister and first deployment are set, and your site is live, 4EVERLAND will update the content of that canister upon each deployment automatically. Meaning you will have one assigned front-end canister for each site you push to the DFINITY Internet Computer.
